This book was definitely just what the doctor ordered! If you suffer from negative thoughts, are depressed at all, or are having panic episodes, then you need to read this book. I am someone who has anxiety most of the time and have been searching for some type of resource to understand why this is happening to me, and what I can do to stop it. This book is definitely part of the answer. The author is obviously very knowledgeable in this subject matter and I found her insight to be invaluable. As I read through the book certain things started to become clearer for me. I have begun using some of the tips and techniques that the author describes in this book and they truly have had a calming effect on me. If you suffer from any of these things then I suggest you try reading this book as I think it really will help you sort some things out and feel better about yourself. I can't say enough good things about it. 5 big stars!
