 Remember to look inside yourself, beauty can always be found there.  
 Allow this beauty to fill your heart to overflowing with love, joy, and peace.  
 Feel the love radiating out from you, bringing a smile to your face.  
 You are wonderful! You are amazing! You are beautiful!
